I love succulents, or cacti, because I can kill just about anything else green. There is also a serenity in looking at succulents, maybe it's because they are mostly stationary because there are no leaves to move in a breeze? I don't know, just something that draws me to them. So here is my current WIP...

I am not a person to discuss politics or religion. But something has been weighing me down these last few months. In light of all the hatred and violence, I have become increasingly upset with the current political direction, and the future of humanity.

This drawing came to me one morning shortly after waking and it hasn't left me until completion. It was the sort of thing that I could see very clearly but didn't know were it would take me. Anyway, here it is.
